Shipping policy

We ship packages to correctional facilities in accordance with state and facility regulations.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary by facility and carrier but typically take 5–10 business days after processing.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, facility intake processing, or institutional inspections.
• All orders will be packaged and shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING AND PACKAGING ON THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY!
• IF YOU WANT PAYMENT THROUGH JPAY THERE WILL BE A $2 FEE. 

Facility Restrictions

All items must comply with facility rules. We reserve the right to modify or remove items from packages to maintain compliance. If substitutions are required, customers will be notified prior to shipment.
